My journey into psychology began with a simple observation — even the brightest students around me were anxious, lost or stuck. They had grades, but no direction. They had pressure, but no map. I trained as a psychologist because I wanted to understand the inner world of motivation, intelligence and identity. But during my early years of clinical practice, I kept noticing the same pattern: clients weren't just struggling with emotions, they were struggling with the wrong life fit.

That's when I started studying career assessment seriously — first psychometrics, then DMIT, then certification in counselling skills. I trained at globally recognised institutes including UCLA, and returned to Jalandhar with a clear conviction: families here deserve the same scientific, rigorous guidance available in Mumbai or Delhi or San Francisco. Nobody should have to choose a career based on a relative's pressure or an outdated stereotype about what "smart kids" do.

Oswald Careers exists for that reason.
