Book a session →DMIT is grounded in dermatoglyphics, the scientific study of fingerprint patterns. These patterns are formed in the womb between the 13th and 21st week of pregnancy — the same period in which the brain develops its neural foundations. Research over the last century has established a strong correlation between specific fingerprint patterns and the dominance of different brain regions.
In your session, fingerprints from all 10 fingers are scanned and analysed against a global database. The result is a detailed picture of your innate cognitive style, dominant intelligences (verbal, logical, spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalistic) and the careers that align with how your brain naturally works.
Importantly, DMIT does not predict your future or replace effort — it shows you which directions will feel natural and energising versus draining and forced.
Children as young as 9 months (for parenting insights), school students (for stream and career selection), college students (for career direction), working professionals (for career switches) and couples (for compatibility and parenting). Corporates use it for team profiling and recruitment fit.

EnquireDMIT (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test) analyses fingerprint patterns to map innate intelligence and brain dominance. The science is rooted in genetics and developmental neuroscience — fingerprint patterns form alongside the brain in the womb and never change. Globally validated reports show 85–90% reliability when administered by certified experts. Ms. Monisha is a globally certified DMIT practitioner.
DMIT can be done from 9 months onwards. For children under 12, the report focuses on parenting insights, learning style and natural strengths. For teens, it adds stream and career direction. There is no age cap — adults often use it for career switches.
A standard career counselling session is 60 minutes. A full DMIT session is 90 minutes (10 minutes for fingerprinting, 80 minutes for report walkthrough and discussion). Therapy and family sessions are 50–75 minutes. The free discovery call is 15 minutes.
Yes. Career counselling, psychology and family sessions can be conducted over Zoom or Google Meet. DMIT requires an in-person fingerprint scan in our Jalandhar studio (or via a certified scan partner in your city). Reports and roadmap discussions can then continue online.
Career counselling helps you make external decisions — stream selection, career direction, switches, skill-building. Psychology sessions help with internal experiences — anxiety, low mood, relationships, identity. Many clients work on both in parallel because confidence and clarity often go together. Ms. Monisha is qualified in both.
Absolutely. A large share of adult clients use DMIT before a career switch, when starting a business, or to understand their team and partners better. Since fingerprint patterns never change, the report you receive at 35 is just as valid at 55 — only the application changes.
Yes. Every session — counselling, DMIT or therapy — is fully confidential and bound by professional psychology ethics. Reports and notes are stored securely and never shared with third parties without your written consent.
You don't need to prepare in any specific way — just come as you are. If you're booking for a child, bring along their school report card and any past assessment results if available. For DMIT, simply ensure your fingertips are clean and unbandaged. Most importantly, come with the openness to be honest — that's where insight begins.
